In this way, a pressure relief and explosion device must be installed on the cold storage body, which must be calculated according to the internal surface area of the cold storage and the amount of carbon dioxide gas emitted when extinguishing the fire, and the direction of pressure relief and explosion and the space to be relieved must be safe. In the design of explosion-proof cold storage, it is necessary to consider the self-rescue and alarm functions of the cold storage itself. For example, when there is leakage of items in the cold storage, the cold storage door will automatically close within 6 seconds to cut off the cold storage power supply and alarm output, the fire extinguishing device will automatically open within 30 seconds, and the pressure relief device will automatically open according to the pressure in the storage to adjust the pressure in the storage.

 

Explosion-proof cold storage should be built below the external level ground. That is to say, when the storage material in the warehouse overflows, it will not drain to other places, and it will always wait for processing in place.
